📦 Orders

Orders can only be placed through our website. Once your order is confirmed, it is final. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Lumière reserves the right to cancel or correct orders in cases of pricing errors or incorrect personal data.

🚚 Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Europe. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 days. If your order exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days.

↩️ Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@lumieresun.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number, name, and the items you wish to return.

⚠️ Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a €25 handling fee will be deducted from any refund. This covers our shipping and administrative costs.

All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.
