Every Lumière sunglasses comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.

• Frame defects (cracks, coating issues, structural failures under normal use)
• Lens quality defects (not scratches from misuse)
• Manufacturing faults

❌ What's Not Covered

• Accidental damage or drops
• Scratches from normal wear
• Damage caused by misuse, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage
• Lost or stolen items

📩 How to Make a Claim

Email info@lumieresun.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo or video showing the defect

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement pair at no cost to you.
