We want you to love your Lumière sunglasses. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

📅 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

✉️ How to Return

Email us at info@lumieresun.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Your reason for returning

Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns may not be accepted.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.

⚠️ Uncollected Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a €25 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and administrative costs.
